So you've finally billed your clients and your sundry account is full of money that you want to use! Then you realize you don't know how to actually move that money out to your checking account. Don't worry, it's very easy to do and we'll make sure you get it set up right the first time.
There are two ways to get money out of your sundry account. The first is to use the bank transfer button on the XYIS platform and the second is to set up move money authorization on Veo.
1. To use the bank transfer button on the platform, you will need to set up an email account for the sundry "client", which will appear as the advisor's name. You will need to choose an email that is not already linked to a client on the platform. Once you've added and verified the email, click the bank transfer button and proceed with the bank transfer process as usual. You will generate an EFT form that you will need to sign. Once signed and processed by TD, your transfer will happen on the date requested.
* Please note that this option will require a new EFT form to be submitted for each transfer. No standing authorization is set up unless you choose to submit a recurring transfer for the same amount moving forward.
2. Your second option is to set up move money authorization in Veo for your sundry account. You will use the Move Money Advisor Authorizations form to set this up. Simply fill out the form with your external bank account information as the account you have authorization to move money to or from. Once submitted to and processed by TD, you will have standing authorization to move money to or from your sundry account and external bank account. It will be a one time form and each billing period thereafter you'd be able to use Veo to transfer your sundry account funds to your external bank account.
These are the two options you have to move money out of your sundry account. Please email any questions you have to email@example.com or give us a call at (360) 301-7579.
