You've run your bills through XYIS and have the TD invoice CSV file ready to upload. Now what?
From here it's time to log into Veo and submit that spreadsheet so you can get paid. So log into Veo and click into Management Fees > Create Invoice.

Title your invoice and hit Import. Choose the fee file generated by the platform to upload and hit Import.
Once the invoice screen loads up, you will see any errors or warnings that need to be resolved before submitting the bill. Override or delete the fees that have warnings and do your best to resolve the accounts with errors. It can often be an issue with the billing permissions so if you see any errors and do not understand what's going on, feel free to reach out to our support team. Once all bills are ready, continue to step 2.
In step 2, change the billing period and from and to dates to match your billing cycle. Then hit Apply to apply those dates to all of your accounts below.
Once all bills have been edited and are ready to be submitted, hit Save and Continue. On the final page, you will see a full list of all the accounts that are ready to be billed. Once you have done your final review, hit Submit and the bills will process.
That's it, you've run your bills through TD! Your fees will be processed the same day if the fee file is submitted before 4:45 pm EST and next day if received after that cutoff. You will see the funds directly deposited into your sundry account. In your client's account, our fee will appear as below (however, your firm name will show rather than XY Investment Solutions).
