February 2019 Index Returns

With a few modest exceptions, public equity and fixed income markets generally built on January's gains last month:

• US stocks outperformed non-US in February and for the year-to-date
• Within the US, growth continues to lead over value-oriented strategies
• Small-caps, especially growth, have checked in with stronger performance for YTD, 1-, and 3-year periods.
