Example Client Facing Quarterly Reports
Each quarter XYIS will generate a Billing and Performance report and make it available to you and your clients. These reports will be found in the "Reporting" app under the "Report Batches" section. You will see the most recent quarter's reports at the bottom of your list of batches. The report will be branded to your firm with your name and logo at the top of the page. If your clients are using the Orion Client Portal, this report will be made available to your client in the client portal each quarter. If your clients are not using the client portal, you must download the report and send it to your clients.
