When you first log into XYIS, you have a wide array of apps on your Connect screen that you may or may not use. This article will show you how to remove apps you do not want to use, organize apps into a clean view, and restore apps that you may have removed earlier but now need.
To remove an app, click on the "Disable Apps" link on the lower right hand corner of your Connect screen. Then, click the minus sign "-" that appears at the top of each app you want to remove from your Connect screen. Apps can also be reordered by clicking and dragging them while in this edit screen or by clicking the "Organize" button in the bottom grey bar.
If you would like to organize apps into folders to make your view cleaner, click "New Folder" in the dark grey bar at the bottom of your screen, name the folder, and select the apps you'd like to place in that folder. The folder will appear in the top left corner of the Connect screen.
If you ever need to edit the folder, simply click into the folder, select "Edit Folder", and make the changes you'd like to make.
To restore an app you have removed from your Connect screen and now want back in your view, simply click the green plus sign "+" and it will be added to the bottom of your Connect screen again.
